DAABON is reusing virtually every kilogramme of waste generated. We are reusing virtually every kilogramme of waste generated at our palm oil mills, for composting or as biomass for our boilers. There is a small amount of administrative waste which is picked up by truck to landfill, and hazardous waste, which is incinerated at a safe site covered by permits and specialised ovens.
